     On page 3, line 12, after Anetwork@ insert Aat bandwidth sufficient to support voice communications and data communications at speeds reasonably available within the state@

EFFECT: Requires the lines supported by universal service funds to have the capacity needed to transfer data as well as voice communications.  The capacity must be the same as is generally available throughout the state.
