     On page 4, line 26, strike all of subsection (d) and insert the following:

A(d) Ensuring that undergraduate and graduate programs that are offered at the Washington State University Spokane branch campus do not duplicate undergraduate or graduate programs offered by Eastern Washington University at Cheney;@

EFFECT:    Ensures Washington State University through its Spokane

           Branch campus does not duplicate undergraduate or graduate

           programs which are already offered by Eastern Washington

           University at Cheney.
