    On page 2, line 29, after "(10)" strike all material through "persons." on page 3, line 2, and insert ""Gang" means a group which: (a) Consists of three or more persons; (b) has identifiable leadership; and (c) on an ongoing basis, regularly conspires and acts in concert mainly for criminal purposes.

(11) "Gang-related activity" means any commission of a felony by a member of a gang or a person seeking to become a gang member when the offense was committed with the intent to promote the goals or enhance the resources of the gang.  A gang that has members with criminal histories demonstrating an ongoing pattern of arrests and convictions for felonies may be deemed to conduct gang-related activity."
