    On page 2, line 1, insert the following:

    "(e) The individual completes the national teachers' examination general knowledge test or a test of basic skills recommended by the state board of education, and achieves a score in reading, writing, communications, and mathematics such that the board of directors' feels confident the individual will successfully perform in the classroom; and".

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
