    On page 2, line 14 of the amendment, after "36.70A.110." insert "A county legislative authority exercising the option under this subsection to increase the number of lots, tracts, or parcels to be regulated as short subdivisions shall provide for notice for short subdivisions of more than four lots, tracts, or parcels.  Upon receipt of an application for a short subdivision of more than four lots, tracts, or parcels, the county shall give notice to adjacent landowners by any reasonable method local authorities deem necessary.  Adjacent landowners are those described in RCW 58.17.090."
