    On page 5, after line 22, delete all material through "government" on line 26, and insert the following:

    "(viii) If one or more federal Indian reservations, ceded areas, usual and accustomed areas, or areas with instream flows providing fish habitat that affect usual and accustomed areas, are located in whole or in part within the boundaries of the WRIA, the planning unit shall extend an invitation to each tribal government with such a reservation or interest in such an area to appoint one member representing that tribal government"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:    Provides for tribal participation on each WRIA planning           unit by each tribal government with a reservation or a fisheries interest in that WRIA.
