ESHB 2395 - S AMD to S AMD (Winsley, Haugen, etc.) - 821

    On page 1, after line 11, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 9.02 RCW to read as follows:

    For the purposes of section 2 of this act, "partial-birth abortion"  means the act of intentionally terminating the life of a fetus after the fetus has entered the birth canal."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
