                               OUT OF ORDER AFTER ADOPTION OF #827

    On page 1, after line 7 of the amendment, strike all the material down to and including "operation." on page 1, line 26, and insert the following:

    "It is a class C felony for a physician to perform a partial-birth abortion on a viable fetus except to protect the life or health of the mother."
