    On page 4, line 20 of the striking amendment, after "subsection.", insert the following: "This  subsection shall not apply to a county containing in whole or in part rivers or streams providing habitat for salmon species that are listed or proposed for listing under the federal endangered species act."

EFFECT: The procedures for removing from GMA planning do not apply to counties containing rivers and streams with salmon species listed or proposed for listing under the endangered species act.
