    On page 2, after line 8 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3.  A new section is added to chapter 9.94A RCW to read as follows:

    If a person who is a resident of a state, county, or city adult or juvenile correctional facility, including but not limited to jails, prisons, detention centers, or work release facilities, or who is under correctional supervision, makes an accusation under section 1 or 2 of this act, and the accusation is proved to be false, the person bringing the accusation shall lose any accrued earned early release time, and the opportunity for extended family visits authorized under chapter 72.09 RCW."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

    On page 13, line 7 of the title amendment, after "RCW;" insert "adding a new section to chapter 9.94A RCW;"

EFFECT:  Takes privileges of earned early release and extended family visits away from an inmate that falsely accuses an employee of custodial sexual misconduct.
