    On page 8, after line 31 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 42.17 RCW to read as follows:

    Except as specifically authorized in Title 46 RCW, information collected or maintained in connection with the application, granting, maintenance, or deprivation of a driver's license is exempt from disclosure under this chapter and shall not be disclosed."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly
