Beginning
on page 1, line 32 of the amendment, after "before" strike all
material through "The" on page 2, line 4, and insert "((May)):
(1) For nonrenewal due to an enrollment decline or loss of revenue, June
15th preceding the commencement of such term of that determination((,))
or ((if the omnibus appropriations act has not passed the legislature by May
15th, then notification shall be)) no later than ((June 1st, which))
thirty days after the governor signs the omnibus appropriations act,
whichever is earlier, but in no case may notification be required before May
15th; and (2) for nonrenewal due to all other causes, May 15th preceding the
commencement of such term of that determination. The"
