    On page 20, line 35, after "licensees." insert "This subsection shall not apply to low-alcohol beverage coolers as defined in subsection (10) of this section."

    On page 22, after line 13, insert the following:

    "(10) As used in this section, "low-alcohol beverage cooler" means a drink containing one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume, but not more than seven and one-half percent alcohol by volume, consisting of spirits mixed with nonalcoholic beverages or flavoring or coloring materials.  A low-alcohol beverage cooler may also contain water, fruit juices, fruit adjuncts, sugar, carbon dioxide, preservatives, or other similar products manufactured by fermenting fruit or fruit juices."
