    On page 13, line 25, after "minor" strike all material through "thirteen" and insert "admitted to inpatient treatment under section 8 or 13 of this act"

    On page 20, after line 27, insert the following:

    "(6) Any minor child admitted to inpatient treatment under this section shall be discharged immediately from inpatient treatment upon written request of the parent."

EFFECT:  Requires a child to be discharged immediately from inpatient treatment upon written request of a parent, when the treatment was instituted at the parent's request.
