    On page 2, after line 2 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "(3) Meetings of the board of directors, or any committee of the board of directors, are open to the public under the provisions of chapter 42.30 RCW, as if the association, organization, or entity were a public agency and the board of directors were a governing body."
