    On page 3, after line 37, insert the following:

    "This subsection (3) shall only apply to the hours of employment in excess of the applicable work week specified in subsection (1) of this section where, except for de minimis other duties, the employee is engaged exclusively in sales duties."

    EFFECT: Allows retail employers to avoid paying the "standard" overtime rate only for overtime hours in which the employee is engaged exclusively in selling or in duties which directly support selling.
