    On page 1, after line 12, insert the following:

"In addition to any other penalty imposed for a violation of this section, the driver shall be directed to immediately move the motor vehicle to the end of the queue of vehicles waiting to board the ferry."

EFFECT:This amendment requires a driver who blocks a driveway or crowds in front of another vehicle waiting in a ferry queue to immediately go to the back of the line.
