    On page 39, beginning on line 5 of the amendment, after "(5)" strike all material through "section." on line 8 and insert "If child care services are not available to a family, the period of such unavailability shall not be counted as part of the sixty-month time limit set in section 103 of this act."

EFFECT:  Provides that any period for which child care services are not available for a family in need shall not be included in the sixty-month limit on assistance.
