EFFECT:

!Adds a requirement for law enforcement to consider the accuracy of information, in addition to the relevance and necessity of the information, when publishing a community notification document.

!The model policy to be developed by the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs must include procedures for ensuring the accuracy of factual information contained in the notification documents.
