    On page 27, line 16, after "(a)" strike all language through and including "(b)" on line 19.

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:     Removes the exemption of taxing districts with less than 10,000 population from the inflation limit provisions of the bill.  As amended, this means that all taxing districts are treated the same.
