    On page 27, after line 18, strike all material down through line 21 and insert the following:

    "(b) For taxing districts for which a limit factor may be authorized under section 204 of this act, the lesser of the limit factor authorized under that section or the limit factor under (c) of this subsection;"

EFFECT: Technical amendment clarifying that the 106% limit for most taxing districts is 100% plus inflation unless a greater limit is approved by the legislative authority of the district.
