    On page 1, line 12, after "adjourns," strike everything through "debt." on line 15, and insert "no state official ((or a)), person employed by or acting on behalf of a state official, or ((state legislator)) person employed by or acting or behalf of a caucus political committee, may solicit or accept contributions to a caucus political committee, public office fund, ((to)) or a candidate or authorized committee, or to retire a campaign debt."
