    On page 7, line 4, increase the water quality account appropriation by $479,000

    On page 7, line 9, delete "884.000" and insert "1,363,000"

    Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides funding to the Puget Sound Action Team (PSAT) to fully fund action item PSAT-03 relating to providing interagency technical assistance to local governments and providing training to local officials and staff, businesses and private groups on water quality issues.  Will in part help to replace federal funding decreases to PSAT under the national Estuary Program.
