    On page 12, line 7, after "petition" insert "or a written request to the department to obtain an opinion from the attorney general".

    On page 12, line 17, after "public.", strike "The fee for a petition" and insert "The total fee for a petition under this section, a written request to the department to obtain an opionion from the attorney general, or a combination of both regarding the same conduct".

Effect: Clarifies that fees are also to cover the cost of requests for an informal attorney's general opinion on whether a proposed activity violates anti-trust laws.
