    On page 160, after line 35, insert the following:

    "(3) For payment to county governments for claims filed prior to February 20, 1998, for reimbursement for costs incurred under the specified state statutes:

    (a) Chapter 312, Laws of 1995 ("Becca Bill")..... $ 10,145,458

    (b) Domestic violence laws........................ $    162,679

    (c) Referendum 47 (property taxation)............. $  1,301,000"

EFFECT: Appropriates $11,609,137 from the general fund for sundry claims filed by various counties for unfunded mandates under the specified state statutes.
