    On page 3, line 10, after "deliver" strike "amphetamine or"

    On page 3, after line 12 insert the following:

    "Manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to deliver amphetamine (RCW 69.50.401(a)(1)(ii))"

EFFECTS: Crimes related to the manufacture, delivery, or possession of amphetamine and methamphetamine are listed separately in the sentencing statutes.  There is no substantive change to the bill.  The purpose is to avoid confusion.
