    On page 5, after line 12, insert the following:

    "(f) Any municipal electric utility formed by a municipality with a population of more than four hundred thousand as of the effective date of this section shall also include: (i) the utility's annual cost of generation capacity and energy supply; and (ii) the utility's annual cost of general administration and overhead."

EFFECT: Adds an additional item to be reported as part of the annual report of a municipal utility that serves a municipality with a population of more than 400,000.
