    On page 2, line 37, after "representatives." insert "The speaker of the house and the president of the senate will appoint the respective house and senate members to the regional transportation planning organization's policy board."

EFFECT:  The speaker of the house and the president of the senate will appoint one member each from the state senate and the house of representatives to be a regional transportation planning organization's policy board.
