    On page 3, line 4, after "making." insert "Any members of the house of representatives or the state senate whose districts are within the boundaries of the regional transportation planning organization are considered ex officio, nonvoting policy board members of the regional transportation planning organization."

EFFECT:  One member each from the state senate and house of representatives is no longer required to serve on a regional transportation policy board.  Any member from the house of representatives or the state senate whose districts are within the boundaries of the regional transportation planning organization are considered ex officio, nonvoting policy board members of the regional transportation planning organization.
