    On page 2, after line 2, insert the following:

    "A health care provider complying with this section shall not be liable to a patient about whom he or she reported except for intentional misconduct.  A health care provider shall not be liable to a person subsequently injured by a patient, due in whole or in part to the patient's driving being impaired by alcohol consumption, for failing to report the patient's blood alcohol level.  No professional liability shall attach for a health care provider reporting or not reporting a patient's blood alcohol level."
