Background:  An incorrect internal reference to the definition of a dependent child is found two places in the Revised Code of Washington.

 

Summary of Bill:  The two incorrect internal references to the definition of a dependent child are corrected.  The language surrounding the internal references is clarified.

Fiscal Note:  Not requested.

 

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
