Background:  Six errors have been discovered in the Revised Code of Washington.  These consist of drafting errors and inconsistencies.

 

Summary of Bill:  Technical changes are made to make the statutes conform to the Legislature's intent.

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.

 

Testimony For:  These are truly and simply corrections of errors in text.  They are needed so that the code accurately states what the law is.
