Requiring that natural area preserves be accessible for public hunting, fishing, and trapping.

    AN ACT Relating to natural area preserves; and adding a new section to chapter 79.70 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 79.70 RCW to read as follows:

    Natural area preserves must be accessible to the public for hunting, fishing, and trapping.  These activities must be regulated by the fish and wildlife commission and managed for these purposes by the department of fish and wildlife.
