Requiring county legislative authorities to include a summary of public testimony in the written minutes.

    AN ACT Relating to minutes of meetings held by county legislative authorities; and adding a new section to chapter 36.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 36.32 RCW to read as follows:

    Voice recordings and any minutes that are made of any public meeting of a county legislative authority, but not including executive sessions, shall be available to the public at a reasonable fee.
