Repealing special labor regulations for minors.

    AN ACT Relating to repealing special labor regulations for minors; and repealing RCW 49.12.121, 49.12.123, 49.12.124, 49.12.380, 49.12.390, 49.12.400, 49.12.410, and 49.12.420.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 49.12.121 and 1993 c 294 s 9, 1989 c 1 s 3, & 1973 2nd ex.s. c 16 s 15;

(2) RCW 49.12.123 and 1991 c 303 s 8, 1983 c 3 s 156, & 1973 c 51 s 3;

(3) RCW 49.12.124 and 1994 c 62 s 2;

(4) RCW 49.12.380 and 1991 c 303 s 2;

(5) RCW 49.12.390 and 1991 c 303 s 3;

(6) RCW 49.12.400 and 1991 c 303 s 4;

(7) RCW 49.12.410 and 1991 c 303 s 5; and

(8) RCW 49.12.420 and 1991 c 303 s 7.
