Funding the state toxicology laboratory.

    AN ACT Relating to the death investigations account; and making an appropriation.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The sum of three hundred fifty-one thousand five hundred dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 1999, from the death investigations account to the state toxicology laboratory for the purposes of funding staff and capital improvements upon approval of the forensic investigations council.
