Requiring school districts to allow students who do not have disabilities to use student transportation designed or equipped to transport children with disabilities.

    AN ACT Relating to student transportation; and adding a new section to chapter 28A.160 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 28A.160 RCW to read as follows:

    School districts shall allow students who do not have disabilities to ride school buses or other student transportation designed or equipped to transport children with disabilities.  School districts may give seating priority to children with disabilities.
