AN ACT Relating to restricting requests for legislation by agencies; and creating a new section.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. By July 1, 1999, the legislature shall adopt joint rules on procedures to streamline requests for legislation by agencies by restricting the requests to a single chamber of the legislature.
