Repealing public works board rural natural resources loans.

    AN ACT Relating to repealing public works board rural natural resources loans; amending RCW 43.131.386; and repealing RCW 43.160.212.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  RCW 43.160.212 and 1996 c 168 s 4, 1995 c 226 s 6, 1993 c 316 s 5, 1992 c 21 s 8, & 1991 c 314 s 26 are each repealed.

    Sec. 2.  RCW 43.131.386 and 1997 c 367 s 19 are each amended to read as follows:

    The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed, effective June 30, 2001:
