Eliminating grant and loan preferences for growth management act planning.

    AN ACT Relating to eliminating grant and loan preferences for growth management act planning; and repealing RCW 43.17.250.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  RCW 43.17.250 and 1991 sp.s. c 32 s 25 are each repealed.
