AN ACT Relating to the 1997 Pend Oreille county flood; and making an appropriation.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The sum of eight hundred twenty-nine thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the general fund to the military department for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1998, and is provided solely for the 1997 Pend Oreille county flood disaster response.
