Funding law enforcement training.

    AN ACT Relating to funding law enforcement training; and making an appropriation.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The sum of one hundred forty-one thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999, from the state general fund to the criminal justice training commission.  These funds are provided solely to replace funds originally appropriated from the public safety account which, in accordance with direction from the governor, may not be expended due to a revenue shortfall in that account.
