Exempting Engrossed Senate Bill No. 5565 from cutoff.

    WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8402 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 1997 Regular Session of the Fifty-Fifth Legislature;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the state of Washington, the Senate concurring, that the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8402 shall not apply to Engrossed Senate Bill No. 5565.
