Exempting the cutoff date requirements for Second Substitute Senate Bill No. 5740.

    WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8402 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 1997 Regular Session of the Fifty-Fifth Legislature;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the state of Washington, the Senate concurring, that the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8402 shall not apply to Second Substitute Senate Bill No. 5740.
