Exempting specified matters from the cutoff resolution.

    WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8423 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 1998 Regular Session of the Fifty-Fifth Legislature;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the state of Washington, the Senate concurring, that the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8423, except for the cutoff established for the fifty-fourth day, shall not apply to revenue reduction measures, local transportation measures, rural economic development measures, and environmental measures.
