HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 98-4676, by Representatives Lisk and Appelwick

           WHEREAS, In January 1997 the House of Representatives, by way of House Resolution No. 97-4612, created a select committee to examine the laws and policies of the state that govern vendor contracting and vendor services; and

     WHEREAS, The important work of the committee has not been completed;

     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives does hereby reestablish the select committee created by House Resolution No. 97-4612.
