Providing minimum standards for legal notices published in newspapers.

    AN ACT Relating to legal notices; and adding a new section to chapter 65.16 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 65.16 RCW to read as follows:

    The full text and headings of all legal notices printed subject to the requirements of this chapter shall be in no less than 9 point type using a clear and legible font.
