Eliminating the presidential primary.

    AN ACT Relating to the presidential primary; and repealing RCW 29.19.010, 29.19.020, 29.19.030, 29.19.045, 29.19.055, 29.19.070, 29.19.080, and 29.19.900.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 29.19.010 and 1989 c 4 s 1;

(2) RCW 29.19.020 and 1995 1st sp.s. c 20 s 1 & 1989 c 4 s 2;

(3) RCW 29.19.030 and 1989 c 4 s 3;

(4) RCW 29.19.045 and 1995 1st sp.s. c 20 s 2;

(5) RCW 29.19.055 and 1995 1st sp.s. c 20 s 3;

(6) RCW 29.19.070 and 1995 1st sp.s. c 20 s 4 & 1989 c 4 s 7;

(7) RCW 29.19.080 and 1995 1st sp.s. c 20 s 5 & 1989 c 4 s 8; and

(8) RCW 29.19.900 and 1989 c 4 s 12.
