Restricting impact fees for mobile home parks.

    AN ACT Relating to impact fees for mobile home parks; adding a new section to chapter 82.02 RCW; and adding a new section to chapter 36.70A RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 82.02 RCW to read as follows:

    The amount of any impact fee under this chapter charged by any governmental entity for residential housing, including but not limited to private housing, apartments, and mobile home parks, shall be based by the governmental entity on the value of the completed residence.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 36.70A RCW to read as follows:

    The amount of any impact fee under chapter 82.02 RCW charged by any governmental entity for residential housing, including but not limited to private housing, apartments, and mobile home parks, shall be based by the governmental entity on the value of the completed residence.
