Concerning color and visibility of hunters' clothing.

    AN ACT Relating to hunters; and adding a new section to chapter 77.12 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.12 RCW to read as follows:

    The department may not adopt rules requiring hunters to wear fluorescent hunter orange clothing; however, the department may adopt rules making it illegal for modern firearms hunters to wear camouflage clothing.
